Chenggang Liu's Homepage

I have got Ph.D. degree in Control Theory and Control Engineering. My dissertation is 'Control of Standing Balance and Walking of a Humanoid Robot Using a Trajectory Library', which you can find it HERE. My doctoral work partially realized one dream of mine that a robot can one day learn, optimize and build controllers for itself on its own. Looking back, I appreciate the hard time I had for the days full of excitements and dreams. I'm sincerely grateful to my supervisors, Jianbo Su with Shanghai Jiao Tong University and C.G. Atkeson with Carnegie Mellon University, for their mentoring and help. Their insight, passion and way of thinking lights up my way ahead!
